EEnergyScope

EnergyScope

Practical tools

Organise the facts, understand the limits and choose an appropriate next step. Reading and free tools never turn you into a sales lead.

Free self-service tools

Get a result first, then decide whether you need another service

All three tools work without registration. Basic inputs are handled only in the current browser. Calculating, viewing a result or leaving the page does not subscribe you, create a business enquiry, or pass details to a broker or partner company.

After the renewal tool shows a result, data is submitted for a service reminder only if you separately enter an email address and explicitly request that reminder.

Choose the task you need to handle now

Each tool handles one defined task. Check what you need to enter, what the result includes and what the tool will not do.

How the tools work

  1. 1

    Choose one task

Use only the tool relevant to the immediate question. No account is needed.

  2. 2

    Enter only what is needed

You do not upload a full bill, contract, identity document or contact details.

  3. 3

    Keep the result yourself

A result does not create a case. Copy it, take a screenshot or re-enter the details when needed.

Three choices stay separate

Using a tool does not mean you agree to marketing or request business-energy contact. You choose any other service and its purpose separately.

Use a tool

View a result without registering; there is no automatic subscription or referral.

Stay in the tools centre

Subscriptions and renewal reminders

Market updates and a requested renewal service reminder are recorded separately; neither is preselected.

Manage subscription choices

Business energy enquiry

First tell EnergyScope what you need. This does not itself authorise a handoff to a broker.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give an email address to use a tool?

No. All three tools can be used and their results viewed first. The email reminder shown after a renewal result is a separate service request that you must actively make.

Does EnergyScope store my tool inputs?

The basic calculations and choices stay in the current browser and are not sent to the server. You may need to enter them again after closing or reloading the page. If you separately submit a reminder, subscription or enquiry, that data is handled for that specified purpose.

Is a tool result a quote or professional advice?

No. A result is general organisation or an estimate based only on your inputs. It is not a supplier quote, legal advice, contract confirmation or a case decision.

What if I do not know one of the figures?

Do not treat an unknown charge as zero. Ask the supplier or broker for the detail in writing. The comparison tool also lets you flag possible unknown pass-through or other fees.

Does using or saving a result make me a sales lead?

No. A record for that purpose is created only if you separately submit a business-energy enquiry. Any actual referral still requires the named partner, purpose and payment relationship to be explained and the relevant confirmation recorded.

Understand the information before using a tool

If you have not found the contract, fee or complaint details you need, start with a guide, the Chinese–English glossary or a question template.
